Aarambhax Legal is an AI-assisted drafting tool. Drafts produced by the system are not legal advice. You — the advocate — remain solely responsible for review, accuracy, and filing.

Acceptable use

• You must be a practicing advocate enrolled with a State Bar Council, or a law student / legal professional with a legitimate use case.
• You will not upload material you are not authorized to process.
• You will not use Aarambhax to mislead courts or generate frivolous filings.

No professional liability

Aarambhax provides drafting assistance only. We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice. Use of generated drafts in court remains entirely your responsibility.

Account termination

We may suspend accounts for misuse, with notice where possible. You can close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
